Emily Hartnell, Director (Rural & Projects), Savills (UK) LTD

Graduating from Harper Adams University in 2003 with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management, Emily has built a career in the rural property sector. Emily is a Director at Savills, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction.

In addition to her client work, managing Rural Estates, Emily chairs the Rural Residential Lettings Board and is an active member of the Savills Estate Management Board. Demonstrating a commitment to nurturing future talent, Emily also chairs the Next Generation Board at Savills.

Emily is deeply committed to social causes being a trustee of two charities dedicated to providing affordable housing in rural areas.

As an APC assessor, Emily contributes to the professional development of aspiring surveyors. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Fellow of the Central Association…
