MorePeople’s Salary & Benefits Survey is back again for its fourth iteration, after choosing to have a break in 2022 whilst the world was still recovering and getting back to normal after the pandemic.
The survey aims to provide real industry insights into the salaries and benefits across the Food, Fresh Produce, Horticulture and Agriculture industries, and what we value most in the workplace.
MorePeople have worked with a diverse range of companies over the last 23 years, placing them in the ideal position to collect this information on behalf of the industry. The questions remain largely the same as their previous editions with a few amendments to really focus on values and motivations. All data is anonymous, providing an independent review of our sectors in a comprehensive report with valuable market insights that will allow you to benchmark role types, salary ranges and benefits.
