Networks

We work closely with a number of other networks working across the food and farming sector that promote the positive impact of including women in leadership positions.

Meat Business Women

Meat Business Women is the supportive membership community that connects you to a global network of women in the meat industry and provides mentoring and personal development to ensure that you have the support you need for your career to thrive.

Grocery Girls

The Grocery Girls is a non-profit organisation founded by Jo Whitfield, CEO of Co-op Food. Formed in 2018, our network was created when leaders across the industry came together and acknowledged the lack of female representation in senior positions. Our aim is to inspire and empower women into senior leadership, at all stages of their careers.

Women in Dairy

Women in Dairy is an initiative from The Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers (RABDF), designed to bring women working in our industry together through regional discussion group meetings to learn, network and promote the image of dairy farming.

Ladies in Pigs

LIPs have been passionately spreading the word about how tasty, versatile and wholesome pork is for nearly 30 years – and with your help, hopefully we’ll be doing the same in another 30! We support the pig industry by working to increase the awareness and, hence, consumption of Red Tractor pork, bacon, ham, gammon, and pork products like pork pies and sausages.

Ladies in Beef

Ladies in Beef is an organisation of female beef farmers who care passionately about British beef. The group was formed to help promote and drive awareness of the quality and versatility of British beef to consumers using a country-wide network of dynamic lady beef ‘champions’. All the ladies are British beef farmers and proud of it!

Women in the Food Industry

Our vision is to champion and celebrate all women in the food industry and to change the culture toward gender equality by empowering women and shining a spotlight on the incredible work that women are doing in the industry.
