Following our event hosted by Dyson Farming, we have been asked to let the network now more about the Summer Series by Amy Langton who we met in Lincolnshire on that blustery day in May!

The summer series is a work experience week aimed at those looking to make their first steps after school, college, or university. The weeklong tour of the business spends time with a range of departments from farm to property and energy to finance. Attendees get to know the leaders and experts across the business whilst working on a project throughout the week to present to a panel on the final day. (Dates dependent on the year – generally July time).
Apply through the Dyson Farming website. Applications have now closed but will be looking for our next group to join us in 2025 at the start of this new year.
I was part of the summer series last year. I am from a non-farming background with a strong passion and motivation to be a part of the industry however was struggling to find a way in. The Summer Series provided me with the platform to learn more about every aspect of the industry through such a diverse portfolio which has now lead to me being a part of the team.
